Introducing meg the dentist website
I love my job. Probably an unhealthy amount. I think about cases long after the work day is over. I think about my patients and how they are doing. I analyze my own smile and the ways I wish I could improve its appearance and function. I dream about my ideal practice. I picture my son in his high school years plopping his backpack down to do homework at my office. I spend my free time reading journal articles, listening to podcasts about dentistry and overall health. So I figured… why not start my own website? If you’ve made it this far, thanks for reading. I feel honored every day that my patients trust me with their smiles, and I feel honored anytime someone takes interest in reading what I have to say.
This is a place for me to put my overthinking onto ‘paper.’ To think about cases, to dream about the future, to share my published articles, to get inspired and stay passionate about my field. To share useful knowledge, to answer questions. I’m leaving it pretty open to future inspiration.
If you’d like to get updates from me, sign up below. I’m looking forward to connecting with patients, friends, and others in the pursuit of better dental care, healthier lives, and everyday magic.
I will leave you with one of my favorite quotes, which applies to dentistry and life in general:
“To make living itself an art, that is the goal.” - Henry Miller
Be well, friends!
